Return Policy

Goods can be returned if found to be faulty, not as you expected or incorrectly ordered within seven days of receipt

The goods will need to be returned in the origional packaging they were sent in, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the return of goods (unless damaged) and that they must reach us in the same condition as sent

If goods are damaged a photograph of the damaged item may be requested

If goods have been incorrectly ordered and are returned to us a 25% re-stocking charge will be made

All refunds will be made by cheque and sent to the address and payable to the customer who placed the order within seven days of receipt of the goods returned
